Prohibited Content
You may NOT use QUJO to create, host, store, transmit, or distribute any of the following:
Child Safety (Zero Tolerance)
QUJO has ZERO TOLERANCE for child exploitation.
The following is strictly prohibited:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
- Content that sexualizes minors
- Grooming or exploitation of minors
- Non-consensual imagery of minors
We immediately remove such content and report it to:
- National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
- FBI and relevant law enforcement agencies
- Internet Watch Foundation (IWF)
If you encounter any content exploiting minors, report it immediately to abuse@qujo.com and local law enforcement.
Illegal Content and Activities
- Content that violates any applicable law
- Promotion or facilitation of illegal activities
- Illegal drug sales or promotion
- Weapons trafficking
- Human trafficking or exploitation
- Counterfeit goods or services
- Fraudulent schemes or scams
Malicious and Harmful Activities
Malware and Hacking:
- Malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or spyware
- Phishing sites or credential harvesting pages
- Exploit kits or hacking tools
- Botnets or command-and-control infrastructure
- Brute force attack tools
- Vulnerability scanners targeting others
Piracy and Copyright Infringement:
- Pirated software, movies, music, or games
- Cracking tools or serial key generators
- Sites facilitating copyright infringement
- Unauthorized streaming services
Spam and Deception:
- Spam operations or email harvesting
- Spoofing or impersonation
- Misleading or deceptive content
- Fake reviews or testimonials
- Clickbait leading to harmful content
Harmful Speech and Content
Violence and Threats:
- Content promoting or glorifying violence
- Terrorist propaganda or recruitment
- Instructions for creating weapons
- Threats against individuals or groups
- Content celebrating mass violence
Hate Speech:
- Content promoting hatred based on:
- Race or ethnicity
- Religion
- Gender or gender identity
- Sexual orientation
- Disability
- National origin
- Immigration status
- Holocaust denial or genocide denial
- Supremacist ideologies
Harassment:
- Targeted harassment of individuals
- Doxxing (publishing private information)
- Cyberstalking or intimidation
- Coordinated harassment campaigns
- Revenge porn or non-consensual intimate imagery
Self-Harm:
- Content promoting suicide or self-harm
- Pro-eating disorder content
- Content glorifying self-destructive behavior
Adult Content
QUJO does not permit:
- Pornography or sexually explicit content
- Escort or prostitution services
- Adult dating or hookup services
- Sexual services of any kind
- Adult-only content without proper age verification
Exception: Educational content about sexual health presented in a clinical, non-explicit manner may be permitted on a case-by-case basis.
Privacy Violations
- Unauthorized collection of personal information
- Surveillance or tracking tools targeting individuals
- Sale or distribution of personal data
- Content that violates others' privacy rights
Prohibited Activities
In addition to prohibited content, you may NOT:
Technical Abuse
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Circumvent security measures or access controls
- Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of our systems
- Bypass rate limits or usage restrictions
- Use automated tools to scrape content
- Impose unreasonable load on our infrastructure
Service Abuse
- Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions
- Use the Service for purposes other than website building
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Provide false information during registration
- Transfer your account without permission
Network Abuse
- Send unsolicited communications (spam)
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks
- Engage in IP spoofing or traffic manipulation
- Use the Service as a proxy for illegal activities
Intellectual Property
Your Responsibilities
- Only upload content you own or have rights to use
- Respect trademarks, patents, and trade secrets
- Do not use QUJO branding without permission
- Respond promptly to legitimate IP complaints
DMCA Compliance
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content infringes your copyright:
- Send a complete DMCA notice to dmca@qujo.com
- We will review and remove infringing content promptly
- We notify the user who posted the content
- Counter-notifications are processed per DMCA procedures

Action: Depending on severity:

Immediate Termination

No Refunds for Violations
Accounts terminated for AUP violations are not eligible for refunds.
Reporting Violations
How to Report
If you encounter content or activity that violates this policy:

Include in your report:
- URL(s) of the violating content
- Description of the violation
- Screenshots or other evidence (if applicable)
- Your contact information (optional but helpful)

Confidentiality

Appeals
If Your Content Was Removed
If you believe your content was removed in error:
- Email appeals@qujo.com within 30 days
- Include the URL and reason you believe the removal was incorrect
- We will review and respond within 10 business days
If Your Account Was Suspended
For account suspensions or terminations:
- Email legal@qujo.com with your appeal
- Explain why you believe the action was incorrect
- We will review and respond within 10 business days
Note: Appeals for content involving illegal activity (CSAM, malware, fraud) are not accepted.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as needed. Material changes will be announced via:
