Is there a free trial?
Yes! New accounts get a 10-day free trial of the Pro plan. You can explore all features before deciding. No credit card required to start the trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your sites will remain accessible until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our payment processor, Stripe. We also accept many debit cards and some international payment methods.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified - the highest level of security certification. We never store your credit card numbers on our servers. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe.
Do you offer refunds?
- Annual plans: Full refund within 14 days of purchase
- Monthly plans: No refunds for partial months, but you can cancel anytime
- Accounts terminated for Terms violations: Not eligible for refunds

Can I add custom code?

Where are QUJO sites hosted?
Your sites are hosted on Cloudflare's global network, which means:

What's your uptime guarantee?
We target 99.9% uptime. You can check our current status at status.qujo.com.
Can I export my site?
Yes. You can export your website content from your account settings. We believe in data portability - your content is yours.
Do you support multiple languages?
You can create content in any language. Our editor supports RTL (right-to-left) languages like Arabic and Hebrew. Multi-language site management with language switching is on our roadmap.
What browsers are supported?
QUJO works best on modern browsers:

Sites you create will work on all modern browsers and are automatically mobile-responsive.
Account & Security
How do I create an account?
Visit app.qujo.com/signup and sign up with your email address. You can also sign up using Google or GitHub for faster onboarding.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and we'll send you a reset link. Links expire after 1 hour for security.
Is two-factor authentication available?
Yes, we support two-factor authentication (2FA) using authenticator apps. We recommend enabling 2FA for enhanced account security.
Can I have multiple team members?
Yes! Depending on your plan:
- Starter: 1 team member
- Pro: Up to 3 team members
- Agency: Up to 10 team members
Team members can have different permission levels (Owner, Admin, Editor).
What happens if I delete my account?
When you delete your account:
- Your sites are immediately taken offline
- Your data is queued for deletion
- All data is permanently deleted within 30 days
- Backup copies are purged within 90 days
This action cannot be undone.
Content & Policies
What content is not allowed on QUJO?
We maintain a safe platform for everyone. Prohibited content includes:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - zero tolerance
- Illegal activities, hacking, piracy
- Malware, phishing, or fraud
- Harassment, hate speech, or violence
- Copyright infringement
- Spam or deceptive content

What happens if I violate the Terms of Service?
Depending on severity:
- Minor violations: Warning and request to remove content
- Serious violations: Immediate account suspension
- Illegal content: Removal and report to law enforcement
You can appeal enforcement actions by contacting legal@qujo.com.
How do I report abuse?
If you encounter content that violates our Terms, report it to abuse@qujo.com with:
- URL of the violating content
- Description of the violation
- Any supporting evidence
We investigate all reports within 24-48 hours.
Do you comply with DMCA takedown requests?
Yes. We follow the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) procedures. If your copyrighted content is being used without permission, send a DMCA notice to dmca@qujo.com. See our Terms of Service for full DMCA procedures.

What data do you collect?
We collect only what's necessary to provide the service:

Your data is stored on secure servers in the United States using Cloudflare and PlanetScale infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
